Jane Miller- President, Miller Institute      Jane Miller engages her gifts and talents to facilitate others toward their desired outcomes. Through her company, Miller Institute, Jane works with organizations who want improved results and with people who want to identify and use more of their potential.

    Focusing on an inside-out development process, Jane concentrates on creating positive behavior change, implementing goal setting and action, developing specific skills and knowledge, and enhancing attitudes. Clients amplify their potential, meeting personal and organizational goals while enjoying life balance and enhancing authentic spirit.

   

     In order to ensure that we bring the best available processes to our clients, we are affiliated with two of the world-wide leaders in organizational development. We use leadership development processes developed by Resource Associates Corporation (RAC). For over twenty years, RAC processes have been used in hundreds of organizations all over the world to make significant and lasting improvement in results.

     We are also affiliated with Target Training International (TTI) which gives us the capability of using the best behavioral assessment tools in the market. TTI was formed in 1980 and is the world-wide leader in development and innovation in the application of assessments to the business environment.

In partnership with Eagle Rock Enterprises, Jane taps the expertise of Sales & Marketing Veteran Ken Knudsen who works tirelessly with individuals and their companies to explode the results of specific, focused actions. Eagle Rock Enterprises combines thirty-five years of high-level leadership experience attained in the U.S. Army and at Fortune 100 companies such as Procter & Gamble, Frito-Lay, Ocean Spray, and Nabisco to bring clients a proven coaching process.

 

    Jane continually applies her skills and talents to create success and possibilities. Working in the  fields of Public Relations, Sales and Marketing, Non-Profit Development, Public Utility Services, and Small Business, associates and customers have enjoyed her dynamic personality and can-do attitude. Her extensive work in facilitating Teamwork, Vision, and Change Management processes to management through front line staff earned her top recognition at General Public Utilities, and professional certification from Senn-Delaney® and ARC International™.

     

    Jane has authored several books including the award winning Your Child Needs A Champion -Mastering the ADD Challenge,  Authenticity in the Midst of Chaos, Happiness Is A Decision of the Heart,  and coming soon, Speaking Out!.  Her work has been featured in Pattern Pieces, Rural Electrification, CEO Refresher, AMA’s MANAGE, and Executive Excellence.
